Job Experience

Technical Experience (15 years)

  1. Hands-on experience on Transmission Electron Microscope Model: FEI make Tecnai G2 200 kV and Jeol make JEM F200 also received training from Icon Analyticals Pvt Ltd & Jeol Company.                                                Techniques: Bright Field, Dark Field imaging, SAED, Cryo, and STEM mode of operation.

  2. Hands-on experience with Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) using NT-MDT and Oxford make.                                       Techniques: Contact, semicontact, spreading resistance (IV), KPFM, and in situ heating.

  3. Received training from Gatan in making sample preparation tools for TEM (ultrasonic disc cutting, dimple grinding, and ion milling) for cross-sectional material samples.

  4. Hands-on experience with Confocal Raman Microscope from Witec, GmBH & Horiba make                                            Techniques: Raman imaging, mapping, and AFM      

  5. Received the training from Carl Zeiss (Merline Compact) and FEI makes Model: QuantaTM 250 FEG  Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM).

  6. Laser Confocal Microscope (LCM) techniques for live cell imaging and fluorophores identification in cells.

  7. Hands-on experience running 1D NMR on Bruker 500 MHz.                                                                                                    Techniques:13C and 1H

Research Experience (14 years)

  1. Fabrication of metal nanoparticles embedded in polymer thin films.

  2. Fabrication of free standing flexible thin films with metal and semconductor polymer composite  using biomimetic templates(Green technology).

  3. Thin film deposition using thermal evaporation techniques.

  4. Thin film fabrication and AFM  characterization like conductivity and KPFM studies.
